Rajneesh Kumar Singh

Rajneesh Kumar Singh has extensive experience in finance and accounts within agricultural research organizations, currently serving as Comptroller at ICAR- Indian Council of Agricultural Research since April 2011, overseeing financial operations at the Central Institute for Fisheries Education and leading the Internal Inspection Unit. Previous roles include Deputy Director of Finance at ICAR and senior finance positions at the National Dairy Research Institute and Central Soil and Water Conservation Research & Training Institute, where responsibilities encompassed budgeting, procurement, and internal auditing. Rajneesh’s career commenced as a Weight and Measurement Inspector for the Government of Uttar Pradesh and as a Technical Assistant at Indian Farmers Fertiliser Coop Ltd. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a Post-Graduation in Physics from the University of Allahabad.
