Dean Stoesz

Dean Stoesz has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Dean began their career with Warner Lambert as the Manager of Validation in 1990, staying with the company until 1997. Then, they joined McNeil PPC as the Manufacturing Technology and Validation Leader in 1997 and transitioned to Pfizer Consumer Healthcare as a Sr. Pharmaceutical Scientist in 1998. In 2001, they joined McNeil Consumer Healthcare as a Manufacturing Manager until 2007.

In 2009, Dean Stoesz ventured into the education sector and became an Adjunct Professor at Eastern University, where they taught until 2022. Simultaneously, they served as the Executive Director/CEO of Lighthouse Vocational Services from 2009 to 2015. Dean also contributed to the New Holland Recreation Center as a Member of the Board of Directors from 2012 to 2015.

Dean Stoesz's involvement in the healthcare domain continued through their role as a Member of the Board of Directors at Wellspan Ephrata Community Hospital from 2000 to 2018. Additionally, they performed the same role at Indian Creek Foundation, starting in 2015 and is currently the CEO. Furthermore, they are set to take on the position of Chairperson of the Board of Directors at PAR - Pennsylvania Advocacy and Resources for Autism and Intellectual Disability in 2022.

Dean Stoesz has a strong educational background in biology. Dean began their studies at Hesston College, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Biology from 1973 to 1975. Following this, they attended Eastern Mennonite University from 1976 to 1979 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Later, they pursued further education by completing an MBA program at Eastern University from 1997 to 1998.
