Mayank Gupta

Mayank Gupta currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Business Development and Strategy at the Indian Energy Exchange (IEX) since September 2023. Prior to this role, Mayank held the position of Vice President - Commercial at Torrent Power from February 2019 to September 2023, where responsibilities included leading business development for power distribution and transmission as well as overseeing the Power Management Group and marketing for the cables business. Mayank's professional journey also includes serving as Senior General Manager for Strategy and Business Excellence at UltraTech Cement from September 2017 to February 2019, and as General Manager for Business Development and Corporate Strategy at Reliance Power from June 2008 to September 2017. Earlier in the career, Mayank worked as a 2nd Officer at Seaarland Shipping from 2002 to 2007. Mayank Gupta earned an MBA in Finance and Operations from the Indian School of Business between 2007 and 2008.
