Rohit Bajaj

Rohit Bajaj has over two decades of experience in the power sector. Rohit started their career with Jindal Stainless Limited in 1996 and held the position of Manager for eight years. Rohit was responsible for executing erection, commissioning, operation and maintenance of power plant. In 2004, they joined Indian Energy Exchange Limited as Head of Business Development, Regulatory Affairs & Strategy. Rohit has also worked with National Energy Trading and Services Limited (Lanco Group) as Head from 2013 to 2014. Lanco Amarkantak Power Limited and Avantha Power & Infrastructure Ltd are some of the other organizations they have worked for. Presently, they are heading the Business Development, Regulatory Affairs & Strategy division at Indian Energy Exchange.

Rohit Bajaj has a PGDBM from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon in Operations & Marketing. Prior to that, they completed their B.E in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology Rourkela.

They work with Vineet Harlalka - CFO & Company Secretary, Samir Prakash - Head, HR & Administration, and Amit Kumar - Head, Market Operations & New Product Initiatives. Rohit Bajaj reports to Satyanarayan Goel, Chairman & Managing Director.
