Shanti Blumm

Shanti Blumm has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Shanti started their career as a Meeting & Event Sales Executive at Radisson Blu Edwardian, London in 2014. In 2016, they joined IntercityHotel as an Expert Area Sales specialist. After that, they worked at Steigenberger Hotels and Resorts, where they progressively rose to the roles of Area Sales Manager, Senior Area Sales Manager, and Assistant Cluster Director of Sales. In 2020, Shanti took a career break before joining Taj Hotels as a Cluster Director of Business Relationships in New Delhi. Shanti later transitioned to the role of Cluster Director Business Relationships & The Chambers.

Shanti Blumm attended Sophie Charlotte Oberschule for high school. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Hotel- Tourism and Eventmanagement at the European Media and Business Academy.
