Michael Gately

Michael Gately currently serves as the Safety & Occupational Health Manager for the U.S. Army V Corps, responsible for ensuring operational readiness across a 51-country area in Europe. With extensive experience in safety management, Gately has held previous positions such as Occupational Health and Safety Manager at the Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation and Safety and Occupational Health Specialist with the 10th Mountain Division. Gately has also contributed to education as a substituent teacher and a science teacher in the Gouverneur Central School District. Gately's leadership roles have included Operations Sergeant Major and Senior Military Instructor, showcasing expertise in managing personnel and training activities. Michael Gately's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Elementary Education, and Michael is pursuing a Master of Science in Occupational Health and Safety from Columbia Southern University.
