Matthew Easterday

Matthew Easterday has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Matthew currently works as the Human Resources Director at Indian Rocks Baptist Church, where they focus on creating a positive work environment for over 340 employees. Matthew also previously served as the Director of Marketing and Communications and Media Manager at the same organization.

Additionally, Matthew worked as a Project Technologist at Collaborative Labs and as a Production Specialist at Event Vids, LLC. Matthew also has experience as a YouTube Creator, co-owning a channel called Ciera + Matthew.

Prior to these roles, Matthew worked as a Volunteer Worship Technologies Manager at Thompson Station Church, where they trained and led a team in operating audio, video, and lighting systems. Matthew also served as a Co-Owner at SmackSound and a System Administrator at Direct General Insurance, handling various technical responsibilities.

Matthew's earlier experiences include working as a Technical Coordinator at Thompson Station Church, a Student Worker at Middle Tennessee State University, and a Student Tech at Spring Hill High School, where they gained valuable network administration and technical skills.
