Suchismita Sahoo

Suchismita Sahoo is an experienced professional in the field of elastomers and rubber technology, currently serving as Group Lead for Elastomers R&D at Reliance Industries Limited since February 2024. With a background that includes the role of Assistant Director at the Indian Rubber Manufacturers Research Association since December 2015, and Lead Engineer at John Deere from August 2009 to November 2015, Suchismita has demonstrated expertise in developing customized latex compounds and overseeing projects from laboratory to production scale. Previous experience includes working as an R&D Officer at EOC Polymers India Pvt. Ltd. from June 2008 to July 2009. Suchismita holds an M.Tech in Rubber Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, earned between 2004 and 2006.
