Alyson Vaught

Alyson Vaught began their work experience in 2002 as a Policy Service Technical Analyst at Western & Southern Financial Group. From 2004 to 2015, they worked at Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance, taking on various roles such as Life Service Specialist, Team Leader, Manager of UHL Marketing, Manager of Life New Business Department, and Manager of Mutual Systems. In 2015, they also worked as an Advertising Account Executive at Daily Journal. Since 2015, Alyson has held positions at Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance, including Director of Life Customer Service & Operations Support, Director of Life Technology & Data Analytics, and currently as Executive Director of Life Technology & Data Analytics.

Alyson Vaught obtained a Master's degree in Strategic Management from Indiana Wesleyan University from 2009 to 2011. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Associate, Reinsurance Administration (ARA) from LOMA in 2021, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in 2014, Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) from LOMA in 2014, Associate, Life Management Institute (ALMI) from LOMA in 2012, and Associate, Customer Service (ACS) from LOMA in 2003.
