Devon Ginn

Devon Ginn serves as the Director of Inclusion & Community Partnerships at Indiana Repertory Theatre since November 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Programs & Outreach Manager at Madam Walker Legacy Center where responsibilities included organizing history tours and managing community programs. Devon also worked as a Poetry and Creative Writing Instructor at Young Actors Theatre, coordinating social media and event volunteers. Previous positions include Marketing Specialist and Brand Ambassador at J Benzal, where marketing and public relations strategies were developed, and Artist Services Assistant at Arts Council of Indianapolis, managing the artist database. Early career experience includes working as a Gallery Facilitator at The Children's Museum of Indianapolis, providing educational experiences for K-12 students.
