Stacy Fortier

Stacy Fortier is an experienced pharmacist currently working as a PRN Pharmacist at Northwind Pharmaceuticals, Indiana Spine Group, and KabaFusion since 2022 and 2021, respectively. From April 1991 to April 2020, Stacy held the position of Staff Pharmacist at Ascension St. Vincent Women’s Hospital, providing services across various hospital units, including NICU, Medsurg, Labor and Delivery, and Geriatric Psychiatry. Responsibilities included reviewing and preparing oral and IV orders and adjusting them based on renal and hepatic functions. Stacy Fortier earned a Bachelor's of Science in Pharmacy from Purdue University between 1984 and 1989.
