Aaron Litherland

Aaron Litherland is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical informatics and leadership. As the Founder of Lead My Care since September 2022, Aaron has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills. In the current role as RN Clinical Informatics Manager at Indiana University Health since December 2018, responsibilities include managing a team of eight and overseeing informatics operations across multiple hospitals and clinics in the South-Central Region. Previously, Aaron served as CEO/President of ClearFuture Healthcare, which specialized in patient engagement solutions from January 2014 to January 2023. Additional roles include RN Clinical Informaticist and Clinical Informatics Nurse Educator at IU Health Bloomington Hospital, as well as earlier nursing positions at Daviess Community Hospital and Bridgepointe Nursing Center. Aaron holds an M.B.A. and a BSN from Western Governors University, along with an Associate Degree in Nursing from Vincennes University.
