Anna Akinjo

Anna Akinjo, PHR and SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources. Anna currently works as the Human Resources Director at Indiana University Health, where they lead the delivery of strategic HR support for System Health Solutions. In this role, they collaborate with executive level leaders to design and implement talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, career development, and compensation and benefits strategies.

Previously, Anna worked at Radiology Partners as a Manager, HR Diligence and Integrations, where they led the due diligence and integration of HR programs for partnership practices nationwide. Anna was also a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at the same company, providing support to physicians throughout the employment lifecycle.

Before that, Anna served as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Indiana University Health, where they partnered with leaders to execute business objectives through integrations, organizational redesigns, and retention strategies. Anna also acted as a strategic partner to HR directors on initiatives such as DE&I planning, leadership development, engagement strategies, and recognition programs.

Anna's experience also includes working as a Human Resources Manager/Business Partner at HarperCollins Publishers, where they provided guidance and recommendations to divisional leaders on various HR areas. Additionally, they worked at Hope Network in multiple roles, including Human Resources Business Partner (Director Level), Human Resources Manager, and Employment Specialist.

Throughout their career, Anna has demonstrated expertise in strategic HR planning, employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development. Anna is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

Anna Akinjo, PHR and SHRM-CP, has a Master of Arts (MA) in Counseling from Spring Arbor University, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing, at Trinity Christian College from 1998 to 2001. In addition to their degrees, Anna has certifications including Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci (obtained in 2018), SHRM-CP from SHRM (obtained in 2015), and Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI (obtained in 2010).
