Kari Rhodes

Kari Rhodes, MBA, MIS, currently serves as an IS Senior Support Analyst at Indiana University Health, providing end-user support and managing customer incidents through Cherwell Software since August 2014. Prior to this role, Kari worked as a Help Desk Administrator for INSPECT-Indiana's Drug Prescription Monitoring Program, overseeing data management for over 13 million confidential prescription records and implementing ITIL practices for efficiency improvements. Experience also includes positions as a Case Manager for the State of Indiana Professional Licensing Agency and a Customer Service Representative for the State of Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles. Kari holds multiple degrees from the University of Phoenix, including an MBA and a Master of Information Systems, alongside a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Care Administration and an Associate of Science in Medical/Clinical Assistance.
