Hayden Barnack is currently the Senior Marketing Manager for the Indianapolis Colts. Hayden was previously the Marketing Manager for the Indianapolis Indians from November 2015 to August of 2022. In this role, they were responsible for optimizing internal marketing processes and promotions, expanding youth outreach programs, and elevating sponsorship and stadium rental opportunities. Hayden also produced individual advertising campaigns for over 30 promotions while managing relationships with licensing companies that sell an annual average of 76,900 single-game tickets.
In their current role with the Colts, Hayden is responsible for identifying and introducing Circle City merchandise opportunity with local small businesses and influencers to engage new audiences. Hayden also supports Indianapolis Indians Charities, the organization’s new 501c3, with initial brand launch, fundraising/awareness programming and in-park partner opportunities. Additionally, they oversee all aspects of game production & promotions by acting as liaison for broadcast company, supervising coordinator, and collaborating on cross-departmental activations.
Hayden Barnack reports to Stephanie Pemberton, VP, Marketing. They are on a team with Kelly Tilley - Director, Cheerleading & Entertainment, Joe Fonderoli - Senior Director, Events & Operations, and Ashley Powell - Director, Community Relations.
