Joshua Napier

Joshua Napier has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Joshua started their career in the United States Air Force in 2004, where they served as a Fire Inspector and Fire Station Captain. During this time, they also acted as an Assistant Chief of Fire Prevention and provided guidance on fire safety and prevention issues. Joshua later became a Master Instructor, developing training courses and managing instructors and support personnel. Joshua joined the City of Indianapolis in 2015 as the Chief Project Coordinator in Construction Services, where they oversaw staff training and development, managed the training budget, and conducted interviews for hiring. Joshua'smost recent role is as a Facilities Manager at the Indianapolis Zoological Society, which they started in 2019.

Joshua Napier began their education in 2006 at the Community College of the Air Force, where they pursued an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Fire Science. Joshua completed this program in 2010. In the same year, they also enrolled at the Community College of the Air Force again, this time to pursue another Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Instructor of Technology and Military Science. Joshua completed this program in 2010 as well.
