Sarah Bean

Sarah Bean has a diverse work experience in event management and marketing. Sarah most recently worked as a Marketing Events Manager at the Indianapolis Zoo starting in November 2020. Prior to that, they were a Catering Sales Manager at the Omni Severin Hotel from July 2018 to October 2020. Sarah also had experience as an Events Manager at the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis from November 2016 to July 2018. Earlier in their career, they held positions at the Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and Western Art as the Director of Catering & Events from March 2003 to January 2016, and as the Building Rental and Events Manager from March 2003 to December 2009. Sarah's career began at the Indianapolis Zoological Society, where they held the roles of Senior Corporate Sales & Tourism Manager from January 2001 to January 2003, and Corporate Sales & Tourism Manager from January 1999 to January 2001. In these roles, they were responsible for hiring and training new marketing personnel, creating and implementing marketing objectives and goals, and analyzing sales data.

Sarah Bean attended Danville Community High School from 1990 to 1993. Following high school, they enrolled at Purdue University and completed their Bachelor's degree from 1993 to 1997. The field of study for their Bachelor's degree is not provided.
