Michele Fredrickson

Michele Fredrickson has over 20 years of work experience in the Quality and Regulatory Affairs industry. Michele began their career in 2000 as a Server at El Pinto Restaurant & Salsa Co. In 2003, they moved to CARDINAL HEALTH as a Microbiologist, and then to Catalent formerly Cardinal Health as a Microbiologist II in 2005. In 2006, they joined Oso BioPharmaceuticals Manufacturing, LLC, where they held various roles including Quality Systems Manager, CAPA Manager, QA Compliance Specialist, and Quality Assurance Product Specialist. In 2015, they moved to Vitality Works Inc. as a QA/ Regulatory Manager, where they were responsible for the Quality department of 15, including supervisory level staff, and all regulatory compliance activities. Michele is currently employed as the Sr. Manager, Quality & Regulatory Affairs at Indica Labs since 2020.

Michele Fredrickson began their education in 1993 at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, studying Biology. Michele then transferred to Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in 1995, where they earned a BS in Biology in 1998.
