Ryan Koch

Ryan Koch has a diverse range of work experience. Ryan began their career in 2012 as a Sales Associate at TJ Maxx, where they focused on merchandising, creating department store displays, and providing customer service. In 2017, Ryan transitioned into the role of Quality Control Analyst and later Quality Assurance Manager at 24-7 Intouch. In these positions, they efficiently resolved customer inquiries, handled escalated and sensitive contacts, and worked across multiple channels. Ryan also gained experience in CRM reporting using various software platforms. Ryan then joined Alorica in 2019 as a Customer Service Representative before becoming a Web Developer at LEARN Academy in 2020. At LEARN Academy, they honed their web development skills. Ryan also gained experience as a Web Development Intern at The Vanlife App by Sēkr, where they independently learned and worked with Angular and Firebase/Firestore to renovate the team's admin dashboard. Ryan wrote functioning code for an Ionic app, including a search bar, edit form, and business metrics/analytics integration. Most recently, Ryan joined Doctor Multimedia as a Web Developer in early 2021 and is currently working as a Mobile Developer at Indicio.

Ryan Koch obtained a High School Diploma in High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from Air Academy High School between 2008 and 2012. In 2019, they also earned a Certification in Responsive Web Design from freeCodeCamp, and in 2020, they completed a Certification in JavaScript Algorithms and Data Structures from the same institution.
