Scott Cumming has over 50 years of work experience in various industries. scott began their career in 1966 as a Systems Programmer and Accounts Receivable with Continental Can Co. scott later worked as an Accountant at Tiffany&Co. in 1971, and then as a Manager at Martell's Restaurant in 1973. In 1972, they worked as an Editor for Engineering News Record, where they covered new construction worldwide. scott then became an Art Director at Artley Advertising in 1975, followed by a short stint as a Creative Director at Prentice Hall in 1976. From 1977 to 1978, they worked as an Illustrator at Doubleday & Co. In 1979, they became the President of Lodestone Construction Corp., specializing in the construction of houses and fireplace and chimney installation. scott held this position until 1991. In 1995, they founded hungryeyegraphics.com and served as its President and Artist. In 2011, they founded NOHO Bauhaus, a start-up school of art, where they currently serve as the founder.
Scott Cumming attended the School of Visual Arts from 1975 to 1976, where they studied advertising art for two semesters. Prior to that, they studied at Columbia University from 1968 to 1971, earning 45 credits in studio courses and completing three years of academic English with a minor in art. It is unclear if they obtained a degree from either institution. Scott's education history does not mention any information about their enrollment or studies at Rollins College.
