Mike Vachon

Mike Vachon's work experience includes:

- Network Engineer at INdigital since October 2021. Responsibilities include monitoring and managing tickets in various workflows, serving as a liaison between different teams, analyzing logs and call examples to resolve issues.

- NOC Tier 2 at INdigital from July 2017 to October 2021. Duties included monitoring tickets, coordinating escalations, providing insights into issues, and collaborating with engineers, Tier 1 support, and customers.

- Systems Administrator at Bradford-Scott Data Corporation from March 2013 to July 2017. Worked as a Credit Union Hardware Engineer, installing and configuring peripherals.

Mike Vachon obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Ivy Tech Community College in 2014. Mike also holds additional certifications, including the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) from Cisco, which they obtained in November 2021, and the NSE 3 Network Security Associate from Fortinet, which they obtained in September 2022.
