Karen Cusimano

Karen Cusimano has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the Human Resources Director at IndiMade Brands since 2015. In this position, they contributed to the company's profit goals by implementing and managing a five-year initiative to improve company culture and productivity. Karen also oversaw the design, implementation, and management of ongoing human resource programs and policies, including compensation, benefit administration, employee relations, and legal compliance.

Before working at IndiMade Brands, Karen held various positions in human resources at Rockwell Automation from 2009 to 2014, Honeywell/Novar from 2004 to 2009, The Timken Company from 1998 to 2004, and Owens Corning as a contractor in 1994. Their roles ranged from a Senior Human Resources Representative to a Human Resources Manager and a Senior Human Resources Generalist.

Karen Cusimano holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Business Administration and Management from The University of Akron. Karen also completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature from Ohio University. Prior to their university studies, Karen attended Firestone High School.
