Gary Deans

Gary Deans is an experienced business leader and advisor, currently serving as the Business Owner of Strathblair Associates LLP since November 2016, a firm co-founded with Richard Oliver to support privately owned businesses in achieving their goals. Deans holds directorial positions at IndiNature and The Freedom Bakery and previously directed operations at THE HALO Kilmarnock Limited and served as Chairman for Falkirk Football Club. Additional roles include Non-Executive Director at Glen Luss Distillery and a member of the Scotland Advisory Board for Oxfam Scotland. Deans has contributed to various advisory boards, including those at Imperial College London and the Institute for Family Business (UK), and acted as Senior Policy Advisor for the Office of Tax Simplification at HM Treasury.
