Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Corporate Communications at Sami-Sabinsa Group Limited. Rajmohan has also held roles at WABCO, Larsen & Toubro Limited, Ogilvy & Mather, Moosa Abdul Rahman Hassan & Co LLC, Concept Advertising, DDB Mudra Group, and Contract Advertising India Pvt., Ltd. Throughout their career, Rajmohan has demonstrated their ability to drive business growth and enhance brand value through their expertise in sales, advertising, marketing, and corporate communications.

Rajmohan R. earned a Bachelor's degree in Design and Visual Communications, General from Loyola College between 1991 and 1994. Prior to that, they attended Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan School in Chennai. In terms of additional certifications, Rajmohan obtained the Google Digital Unlocked Certificate in 2019, the Confident Presenter certification from SpeakFirst UK in 2016, and completed a program on public speaking and presentation skills with Shiv Khera in 2013.
