Leah Davis

Leah Davis is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in property accounting and management. Currently serving as Assistant Controller at Indio Management since May 2022, Leah has developed custom financial reporting, implemented policies to enhance efficiency, and managed a team of property accountants, while maintaining direct communication with multifamily owners and mortgage lenders. Prior roles include Property Accounting Manager at Tiny Pines LLC and Hudson Homes, where Leah oversaw significant daily acquisitions and trained accounting teams. With a solid foundation in full-cycle general ledger accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from West Virginia State University, Leah has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to drive process improvements and maintain financial accuracy across various organizations.
