Rachana Maladahiyar

Rachana Maladahiyar is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in operations, customer success, and business development across multiple industries. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Indirectix since July 2024, Rachana previously co-founded and led Ease4u Technologies Pvt. Ltd., addressing procurement challenges for non-core services. Earlier roles include Head of Customer Success, Operations, and Business Development at eShipz and SuperSeva Services Pvt. Ltd., where Rachana managed significant teams and improved operational efficiencies nationwide. Rachana's entrepreneurial journey began with co-founding Beyond Classroom Consultancy and includes valuable experience in sales at 3M Health Care and early teaching roles. Rachana holds an MBA with a focus on Marketing and IT from BIMHRD, Pune, and a Bachelor's Degree in Zoology from RJM College.
