Vaijayanthi Balaraman

Vaijayanthi Balaraman has a strong background in application engineering, project management, and production support. Vaijayanthi began their career in 2006 as an Assistant Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked until 2015. Vaijayanthi then joined BankBazaar India as a Lead production support before moving to Congruent Info-Tech in 2016, where they worked as a Project Manager for almost five years. In 2021, Vaijayanthi joined Indium Software as a Project Manager before quickly taking on roles as a Program Manager and currently holds the position of Associate Vice President Application Engineering.

Vaijayanthi Balaraman holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Shrimati Indira Gandhi College, completed in 2004. Vaijayanthi also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Seethalakshmi Ramaswami College in 2001. In addition to their formal education, Vaijayanthi has achieved certifications such as Certified SAFe 6 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2023 and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in June 2020.
