Allison Woodruff

Allison Woodruff has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry, starting with their role as a Team Member at State Farm in 2011. Allison then worked briefly as an Insurance Sales Agent at AG Insurance & Financial Solutions, where they established and grew the company brand through cold calls, in-person events, and visits to clients, and social media. Later, Allison Woodruff joined USI Insurance Services in 2015, where they held several positions, including Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Operations Manager, Commercial Lines. In these roles, they managed $1.2M to $1.8M BOB of commercial accounts, improved KPIs by 80% through 1:1 training and engagement, and facilitated 30+ carrier partner relationships. Currently, Allison Woodruff is working as an Operations Analyst at Indium starting from 2023.
