Frank Ihlenfeldt

Frank Ihlenfeldt has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to supply chain management and logistics. Starting in 2000, they served as a Staff Sergeant in the German Federal Armed Forces until 2007. In 2008, they joined Sysmex Europe GmbH as a Supply Chain Manager, where they worked until 2015. During their time at Sysmex Europe GmbH, they held the position of Supply Chain Manager. In 2015, they moved to Sysmex Inostics, where they initially worked as a Manager in Planning and Purchasing until 2017. Frank then served as Head of Supply Chain Management until 2018. Since 2018, they have been working at Indivumed Group, initially as a Senior Director in Purchasing and Logistics until 2021, and currently holds the position of Vice President in Purchase & Logistics.

Frank Ihlenfeldt received their education from various institutions. From 1996 to 1999, they attended Neustrelitzer Industriebedarf Beilke GmbH, where they obtained a degree in "Kfm. im Groß & Außenhandel" (Commerce in Wholesale & Foreign Trade). Frank then attended VWA Hamburg, where they completed a degree in "Einkaufs- und Beschaffungsmanagement-Ökonom (VWA)" (Purchasing and Procurement Management Economist) from 2011 to 2013. Later in 2013, they obtained a "Graduate in Business Administration (VWA)" certification.
