Rhamdani R. is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in project management and business process improvement. Currently serving as the Head of IT Business Partner & Innovation Incubation Unit at Indonesia Stock Exchange, Rhamdani has been responsible for planning, controlling, and monitoring Corporate Business IT projects, along with developing project management plans and tracking schedules. Prior experience at PT. Sigma Cipta Caraka involved leading process automation initiatives, while early career roles at PT Nusantara Compnet Integrator focused on software development using Java. Rhamdani holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Universitas Gadjah Mada and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from IPB University.
