Novian Ade Chandra

Novian Ade Chandra has extensive work experience in various roles. Novian Ade started their career in 2001 at PPM Institute of Management as a Core Trainer, where they worked until 2006. In 2006, they joined AIG Life Ltd as a Training and People Development Manager, staying there until 2008. In the same year, Novian became a Consultant/Facilitator at Daya Dimensi Indonesia. Since 2013, they have been working as a Lecturer at PPM School Of Management.

Novian Ade Chandra's education history includes a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from PPM School of Management, which they obtained from 1999 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications. Most recently, in October 2022, they obtained the Grand Prix Simulation certification from KNOLSKAPE.
