Maria Weiser

Maria Weiser has over 18 years of extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Lead at Indra Avitech since October 2013. In this role, Maria is responsible for all HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance evaluation, and compensation management. Maria has successfully led projects that enhance company culture and reduce turnover, and has implemented innovative HR processes and customized development plans. Prior to Indra Avitech, Maria held HR roles at Indra, Dunnes Stores, and Lear Corporation, developing a strong foundation in various HR functions, including training, internal policies, and employee administration. Maria holds a degree from Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave and has pursued multiple educational programs in coaching and human resources.
