Emilio Mora has extensive experience in the aviation and hospitality industries. Emilio has held various senior and managing director roles at Indra, including Senior Director Industrial International Markets, Airlines, Hospitality and Restaurants. Prior to their time at Indra, Emilio worked at IATA, where they served as the Europe Assistant Director Strategy and Operations and Head of Europe Travel Agencies Business Unit. Emilio also has experience in consulting, having worked at companies such as KPMG, Deloitte, Accenture, and Ingenia, where they managed teams and projects related to strategy, business process, and systems. Emilio is currently an Associate Professor at ESCP Business School, teaching entrepreneurship and project management in the hospitality sector.

Emilio Mora has a diverse education history. In 1976, they attended Colegio Vara de Rey for their primary school education. Emilio then pursued a regular/general high school/secondary diploma program at Instituto Carlos Haya from 1984 to 1986. In 1987, they completed their senior year at Arvada West High School, focusing on sciences. Emilio Mora obtained their PhD in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad de Málaga between 1988 and 1993. In 1995 and 1996, they attended ESESA Business School and earned an MBA specializing in Management in Business Administration. Emilio also pursued an MP degree in Leadership Thinking at Esade in 2008. Continuing their education, they completed a Senior Management Program at IESE Business School in 2010 and a program on Strategic Thinking at Harvard Business School in 2011. Additionally, Emilio Mora furthered their aviation and airway management and operations expertise at IATA Training & Development Institute from 2009 to 2010. Emilio also completed a program in Business Administration and Management at IMD in 2009 and 2010.
