Anna Pyasetskaya is currently the Head of HR BP team at inDrive, where Anna manages a team of 8 HR BP&HR PP working with 3000+ employees globally. Anna has successfully implemented cross-functional HR projects and developed an HR strategy aligned with the company's business goals. Prior to this, Anna worked at adidas as a Senior HR Business Partner Retail, supporting a significant part of the company's retail business in Moscow. Anna played a key role in internal promotions, reducing turnover rate, and implementing new store opening systems. With a background in HR management and recruitment, Anna has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a passion for developing and supporting employees throughout their career.
