Paulina Smykouskaya

Paulina Smykouskaya serves as the Director of Privacy and Product Compliance at inDrive since November 2021 and also lectures on "Smart Cities" at the National Research University — Higher School of Economics. Previously, Paulina was the Legal Counsel for Russia and Eastern Europe at TikTok, managing the Moscow Legal Department. Additional experience includes roles at AVITO.ru as Product Counsel and Data Protection Officer, PwC Legal Russia as Associate, and Wargaming as Legal Counsel and Compliance Manager. Paulina holds an LLM in Commercial and Corporate Law from Queen Mary University of London and has contributed to various academic programs in governance and compliance. Educational credentials also include a certificate in Regulatory Compliance Management from the University of Cape Town and a diploma in International Law from Belarusian State University.
