Heather Pasley

Heather Pasley has extensive experience in program management and personnel support within military and educational frameworks. Currently serving as the Assistant Program Manager at Indtai, Inc. since August 2016, Heather specializes in the execution of the Army’s Credentialing Assistance and Tuition Assistance programs, contributing to the transition to new systems in an agile project environment. Previous roles include Lead Personnel Specialist at National Sourcing, Inc., where Heather led a team ensuring high accuracy in education benefits processing, and Lead Military Personnel Specialist at Strategic Resources, Inc., focusing on military pay entitlements and conducting quality assurance audits. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Project Management from Columbia Southern University and has completed additional education in Marketing and Sales.
