Following this, they enrolled at Cuyamaca College from 1998 to 2004, earning an A.S. in Architectural Interior Design and Graphics, specializing in Architecture.
Continuing their educational journey, Throckmorton attended Southern New Hampshire University from 2013 to 2022. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in the field of General Management.
In addition to their formal education, Throckmorton also acquired several certifications. Robert completed the Excel Essential Training (Office 365/Microsoft 365) program from LinkedIn in August 2021. Furthermore, they obtained their Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Veterans Transition Support in the same month and year. Throckmorton also acquired the OSHA 10-hour General Industry certification from UC San Diego Extension in August 2021.
Lastly, Throckmorton has been an Eagle Scout, an achievement they received in 1990 as a member of the Boy Scouts of America.
