Kapil Kapoor

Kapil Kapoor has over 20 years of work experience in the field of internal audit and assurance. Kapil is currently working as the Head of IA&A - Internal Audit at Indus Towers Limited since December 2023. Previously, they served as the Head of Internal Audit at M3M India Private Limited from April 2022 to December 2023. Kapil also worked at Indus Towers Limited as a Deputy General Manager from April 2018 to March 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Manager - Internal Audit & Assurance at Indus Towers Limited from November 2012 to March 2017. Kapil also has experience working at UNINOR (Telenor group - Norway) as a Manager - Internal Control from July 2009 to October 2012. Kapil started their career at J.C.Bhalla & Co. as a Senior Executive - Audit & Assurance from November 2003 to October 2005.

Kapil Kapoor completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree with honors at Delhi University from 1996 to 1999. Kapil then pursued a degree in Finance & Accounts at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1999 to 2003, completing their Chartered Accountancy.
