Parag Thakkar

Parag Thakkar is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in wealth management and consumer banking. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and State Head for the Consumer Bank at IndusInd Bank since May 2010, Parag oversees the complete balance sheet of the region, managing a diverse team of 300 individuals and focusing on CASA book growth, fee income, and various banking products. Prior to this role, Parag held positions including Relationship Director for International Wealth Management at the Royal Bank of Scotland in Singapore and Head of Preferred Banking at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., where responsibilities encompassed revenue generation from various wealth management products and client relationship management. Earlier career experience includes a position as Wealth Manager at ICICI Bank, focusing on wealth management solutions for high-net-worth individuals and corporates. Parag holds an MBA in Finance, obtained from the University from 1996 to 1998.
