Amanda Baker CIPD FIRP CertRP has an extensive career in sales, human resources, recruitment, and management. Amanda held positions such as Sales Director and Human Resources Director at Industria Personnel Services Ltd, where they played a pivotal role in sales, marketing, team development, and HR practices. Prior to that, they were a Branch Manager & Business Development Manager at Human Factor - Flex Recruitment and a Recruitment Consultant at Securicor Recruitment Services. Amanda recently retired in 2022 from their last role.
