Frederick H. Welsh

Frederick H. Welsh is an experienced fire service professional currently serving as Assistant Fire Chief at Industrial Emergency Services, LLC since August 2014. Previously, Frederick held the position of Deputy Fire Chief at Refinert Terminal Fire Company from 1986 to 1989. Frederick obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Fire Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus, where studies were completed between 1997 and 2000.
