Joe Ulmer

Joe Ulmer is a seasoned Sr Packaging Engineer with extensive experience in packaging design and sales management. Currently employed at IPS Packaging since November 2019, Joe previously worked as a Senior Packaging Engineer for an independent contractor and at CON-Pearl North America, where responsibilities included account management, prospecting, sales, and production order creation. Joe's career began at Southeastern Packaging and International Paper, focusing on corrugated design. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Packaging Science from Clemson University, earned between 1997 and 2002.
