Levent Simeonov

Levent Simeonov has extensive experience in technology and engineering management, currently serving as the Global Manager of Technology and Engineering in the Beverage and Canning Division at Industrial Physics since May 2014. In this role, Levent leads high-performing multi-regional teams in hardware, software engineering, and computer vision, overseeing R&D for three brands. Prior positions include R&D Manager and Lead Computer Vision Data Scientist at Eagle Vision, where Levent managed projects and teams dedicated to developing sophisticated inspection systems for industrial production lines. Earlier experiences include roles at Philips Research as a research intern and various positions in software engineering and development during academic studies, which were complemented by dual bachelor's degrees in Computer Science from both Thomas J. Watson College of Engineering and Boğaziçi University and a Master's degree in Game and Media Technology from Utrecht University.
