Shane Bailey

Shane Bailey has extensive work experience in the construction and project management industry. Shane started their career as an Assistant Superintendent at HITT Contracting Inc. in 2001 and later worked as a Project Engineer at Smoot Construction in 2002. Shane then returned to HITT Contracting Inc. as a Superintendent from 2003 to 2004, where they planned and oversaw construction activities. In 2005, they joined Global Performance A Wood Group Mustang Company and held various roles, including CSA Manager and Project Controls Manager. Shane was responsible for overseeing the design and construction of a forging and machining operation for Honda Transmission Mfg. In 2016, they moved to Industrial Project Innovation and served as a Project Manager and Program Manager before being promoted to Vice President of Operations and then Vice President of Business Operations.

Shane Bailey received a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from Virginia Tech in the years 1998 to 2001. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Python for Managers from Columbia Business School Executive Education, Accredited Examination for Commercial General Building Contractors from NASCLA, and Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute, in the years 2021, 2015, and 2012 respectively.
