Deb Bechtold has a significant amount of experience in leadership and customer success roles. Deb began their career at TCI as a Regional Director of Call Center Operations, a position they held from 1993 to 2000. Deb then joined AT&T Broadband as the Vice President of Customer Care, where they oversaw the management of customer service and technical support operations. After leaving AT&T Broadband in 2002, Bechtold joined EDMC Online Higher Education as a Business Process Analyst, focusing on improving business processes within the Operations teams.
