Gabriel Romualdo

Gabriel Romualdo possesses extensive experience in project management and process improvement, currently serving in a leadership role at ROMI since December 2016, overseeing the implementation of a new production line and managing a portfolio of cost-reduction projects using methodologies such as Kaizen, DFSS, and DMAIC. Previously, Gabriel worked as a process technician at Marrucci, where responsibilities included calculations for cast components and metallurgical yield, and as an intern focusing on material requisitions and production management. Early experience as an electronics apprentice involved maintaining analytical balances and refractometers. Gabriel holds an MBA in Project Management and a post-degree in Production Engineering, as well as a bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Control Engineering.
