Susan Williams has worked in the field of Human Resources since 2002 after receiving her MS. in Human Resources, Business and Industry. She has been with the Industries of the Blind since 2016.
She is passionate about empowering and supporting others by identifying, encouraging and harnessing the unique abilities, skills and gifts that reside within every employee.
She focuses on helping individuals identify and overcome obstacles that get in the way of their success.
