Kris Rapp

Kris Rapp is an experienced professional with a diverse background in property management, project management, and digital marketing. Currently serving as General Manager at Industrious since November 2021, Kris orchestrates property management and P&L performance across eight commercial workplace locations in Los Angeles and Orange County. Previously, as Project Manager at Homestead, Kris led efforts to assist homeowners in building accessory dwelling units (ADUs) while addressing California's housing crisis. Kris's earlier tenure at WeWork included multiple roles, culminating as Portfolio Director, where leadership of a multi-unit management team resulted in significant revenue generation and market expansion. With a foundational background in hospitality, Kris has also excelled in digital marketing roles, enhancing brand experiences and driving consumer engagement across various platforms. Educational pursuits include coursework towards a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies.
