Jim Somoza

Jim Somoza is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Managing Director-Partner at Industry City since September 2016, Jim previously held the position of Chief Development Officer-Partner at Crunch Fitness from September 2008 to June 2016, where efforts focused on the revival and expansion of the brand. Jim's background also includes serving as President of Chelsea Market from May 2003 to May 2007 and as a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield from September 1992 to June 2003, specializing in commercial real estate brokerage. In addition to these roles, Jim has provided legal representation for firm activities in the New York metro area. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University and multiple Doctor of Law degrees from New York Law School.
