Arturo González

Arturo González has a diverse work experience in various roles. Arturo has worked as a CHRO (Chief People Officer) at Secture and INDYA, where they focused on building technology and products for different companies. Arturo also worked as a Partner at Unitatea Capital, where they provided pre-seed investments to startups. Prior to that, they were a Headhunter & Talent advisor. Arturo has experience in the startup ecosystem, having served as a VP of People at JeffApp and as a Senior Talent Advocate at bliss.ventures. Arturo also worked in talent acquisition and HR roles at Kimia and Packlink.com. Arturo began their career as an English Teacher before transitioning into qualitative research at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

Arturo González started their education at Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 2005, where they pursued a degree in Licenciatura en Sociología with a focus on Conocimiento, Cultura y Comunicación. Arturo completed their undergraduate studies in 2012. From 2011 to 2012, they also attended Akademia Pedagogiczna im. Komisji Edukacji Narodowej w Krakowie, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. In the same year, they also took a course in English 4B (C2) at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
